Telework/Remote Eligibility: Telework four days per pay period (two days per week). The position is not remote eligible.

Appointment Type: This is an excepted service, time-limited appointment that is not to exceed three years and ten months with the potential for two two-year extensions.
Salary: (USD) $132,860 – $191,900 per year

Responsibilities: 

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen;
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance;
  • Hands-on enterprise customer relationship management experience in a business analyst and/or product/system manager role (Salesforce proficiency is highly preferred but not required); and
  • To qualify for the position of Private Enterprise Officer FL-0301-02, you must possess the required specialized experience specific to the series and grade you are applying to:
    • Serving as principal system compliance lead and business analyst, collecting, managing, and reporting on key system value and performance metrics, including user satisfaction, data value, and more;
    • Overseeing continuous monitoring of Compass data and documentation for engagements and strategic external partner relationships to ensure completeness, compliance, and value for users and the Agency;
    • Developing policies, procedures, and operating procedures as needed to incentivize, reinforce, and where appropriate, mandate system use and compliance by key user groups around the Agency; and
    • Managing system and future system enhancements in accordance with the Bureau for Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer and United States Government standards for: accessibility and Section 508 compliance, cyber security, information assurance and privacy, and more. Ensuring rigorous adherence to USAID policies regarding the protection of personally identifiable information and data security.
