The Headhunting and Sourcing Specialist will support the UNDP Saudi Arabia project by identifying and sourcing top environmental experts. This part-time, remote role is critical for ensuring the project has access to the best talent to drive its mission of sustainable development and environmental protection. The specialist will conduct market research, manage a candidate database, and utilize various platforms to engage potential candidates, providing regular updates on sourcing efforts.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify leading environmental experts globally.
Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates, including their expertise, experience, and contact information.
Utilize various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards) to source high-caliber environmental experts.
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
Reach out to potential candidates to inform them about available opportunities with UNDP Saudi Arabia.
Provide regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and candidate pipelines.
Proven experience in headhunting or talent acquisition, preferably in the environmental sector.
Strong research and market analysis skills.
