Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Youth Employment Assistant will perform assignments as below but not limited to:

? Support in implementing the activities to enhance employment access to Timorese youth, such as internships, soft skills training, career counseling, job fairs, etc.
? Provide logistical support in organizing events, workshops, training courses/ field visits when it is required.
? Providing on-site support in training related to the area of work.
? Collecting and managing results data of the project.
? Support in developing communication materials for the project.
? Sharing lessons learned and knowledge with relevant project and country office staff.
? Support project/program by taking meetings and interview minutes when required.
? Support payment requests for facilitating events including training.
? Contributing to a diverse, inclusive, respectful, and positive working environment.
? Other administrative related task
