Responsibilities:
The intern will work primarily with ECW’s Planning Specialist on the following deliverables, including:
- Upload, maintain, and update data to the online tracker for ECW;s Annual Workplan.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing ECW Annual Workplan deliverables and targets in relation to the strategic plan indicators.
- Assist in data cleaning up, formatting, presentation, and archiving for inputs to the Annual Workplan progress updates and inputs to the 2025 Annual Workplan template.
- Support the planning and organising the Annual Workplan Retreat in October 2024.
- Contribute ideas and deliver solutions that refine and improve ECW’s Annual Work Planning process and implementation.
- Assist the planning specialist to collect and organize data in relation to results reporting.
- Undertake a range logistical/administrative activities to support work planning exercise. This includes taking meeting minutes and supporting meeting logistics.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Be enrolled in a master’s degree programme in any of the following fields: Education, Social Work, Law, Sociology, International Development, Human Rights/Humanitarian Affairs, Project Management or related field.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Be fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in quantitative analysis and data analysis.
- Ability to plan and monitor complex time-bound workstreams.
