? Assist in review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency with the UNICEF style guide
? Assist in proofreading and formatting external facing documents and presentations (for resource partners and other external audience) to ensure they are error-free and of high quality.

Content planning and management:
? Organise documents in SharePoint ensuring that all documents are tagged and metadata is up to date
? Update office calendar to ensure all key donor engagements are recorded.

Collaboration and coordination:
? Work closely with other sections to gather information and organize content that meets their needs.
? Coordinate with the Communication team (for photos and videos) to create visually appealing and engaging reports and presentations.

Requirements:

We are looking for committed and motivated forward looking online volunteers who are passionate for children and women with excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills.

Previous experience of similar work is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
