Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation: preparing every activity such as coordinating with village level government, prospective participants, making and distributing invitations, preparing place of activity, develop ToR, identification of ordering meal packages as needed.
  2. Implementation: facilitate each activity according to the capacity, make activity documentation in the form of photos and brief activity reports, prepare RFM, prepare activity absences, fill out Kobo. Together with local cadres to ensure update CLMRS process through data management system, VSLA dissemination, parenting module dissemination, including access opportunities in the cocoa business for youth.
  3. Monitoring and Evaluation; Conduct routine monitoring by establishing routine communication as needed with CBCP, village government, farmer groups, supply chain and youth, through informal meetings and field visits.

Deliverables

  1. Activity Monthly Report→ The field facilitator will submit a monthly report as agreed by the supervisor and organization, which may include but not limited to Minutes of meetings, meeting notes, photos, supporting documents related to financial report and any other document needed by project, update of CLMRS process through data management system including VLSA update in Kobo. Reports will be submitted at the 25th each month.
  2. Time sheet

Requirements:

  1. Domiciled in the program area and involved with same program previuosly- Soppeng and speaking local language
  2. There is no track record of committing violence against children
  3. Minimum education S1 graduate from agriculture, social or relevant
  4. Minimum 2 years of community assistance experience
  5. Age 25-37 years old
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability and willingness to frequent travel to field locations.
  8. Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches
  9. Have good facilitation skills in the community
  10. Computer literate (Ms Office, Power point, Exell is a must)
  11. Have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license
  12. Not under contract with other agencies
