Responsibilities:

 

The Learning Passport platform has undergone a very rapid expansion in the past few months. 1.5 million new learners, 4 country launches, and 580,000 new course completions are only a few highlights of the Learning Passport in the first half of 2023.

We are looking for 3 passionate Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Programme Specialist (digital Education) will support our work by reviewing and testing content for the Learning Passport

In particular, the Online Volunteers will be asked to:

  • Review content and ensure it works properly on platform
  • Adapt/ edit content for performance improvement in low to no connectivity settings
  • Provide recommendations for improvement

The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Learning Passport team at UNICEF and learn about the ways in which Digital education is scaled.

Requirements:

Experience working in digital content esp video is an asset
Knowledge of downsampling videos tools such as FFmpeg, VLC, HandBrake, MEncoder, and OpenShot
Good verbal and writing communication skills is required
Strong attention to details
