Description of the Assignment:
UNDP seeks to engage the services of an Individual Consultant who shall be responsible for the formulation of the Strategic Plan for a Resilient Iranun Corridor. Specifically, the Consultant is expected to perform the following tasks in undertaking the project: Advertisement
1. Prepare an Inception Report which shall include the following at the minimum:
a. Introduction containing the background of the study, project objectives, key activities, and expected results b. Analytical and methodological framework c. Detailed work plan and schedule of activities and key milestones d. Progress reporting method e. Stakeholder approach in project implementation, which includes the list of relevant stakeholders (e.g., national and local government institutions, civil society organizations, academia, private sector), their specific roles, and how they will be engaged in each stage of the project f. Potential risks and challenges in implementing the program activities, likelihood, impact, and mitigating measures
2. Identify, prepare, and process relevant spatial and statistical datasets needed for the Strategic Plan including but not limited to the following:
a. Iranun Corridor base map b. Datasets/statistics and maps relevant to the social, economic, environmental, economic, and institutional sectors c. Hazard, exposure, vulnerability, and risk maps
3. Conduct an initial desk review and analysis of the current situation of the Iranun Corridor per sector based on the gathered reference materials, statistical datasets and maps.

4. Design and facilitate consultation and validation workshops to gather additional information and insights from concerned stakeholders including BARMM ministries,
LGUs, academe, civil society organizations (CSOs), and private sector. The recommended workshops and its corresponding expected outputs are as follows:
