The Opportunity
As a Digital and Communcations Officer, you’ll play a vital support role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for web development and social media creatives, who enjoys providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth functioning of digital platforms.
About Global Village
Global Village is a strategic partnership for the delivery of Global Citizenship Education at primary level between Irish Aid at the Department of Foreign Affairs and the INTO, IPPN, DCU and Trócaire. This programme is entering an exciting new phase and this role offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding and impactful programme, supporting the development of Global Citizenship Education in primary schools around Ireland.
Trócaire acts as employer for the programme team on behalf of the Global Village consortium. This role is situated in the Ireland Division within the Community Engagement and Outreach Unit.

You will report to Global Village Programme Manager.The job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term basis until August 2026. and is based in Maynooth. This is a part-time role working 29.6 hrs per week (4 days flexible).
