JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for 3 Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the communications team to support us by producing [number] of graphic designs for [document/material/etc.].

Requirements

Required experience

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.

Languages

English, Level: Fluent, Desirable

Responsibilities

In particular, the/each Online Volunteer is asked to:
– Design the digital invitation to all attendees
– Design of the VIP digital invitation
– Online social media posters
– Design of the certificates to be printed
– Design of the shield/token to be distributed among guests of honour (open ideas)

The design/layout should follow UNFPA corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree
