The Opportunity
As a part of Nurturing of Youth Volunteers in Camps (NYVC) project, the Centre in-Charge bears the responsibility of overseeing the training center, meticulously maintaining logistics, and orchestrating seamless coordination among supply chains, trainers, and project participants. His/her role extends to ensuring the center’s comprehensive safety and security, encompassing all equipment and machinery, while ensuring an efficient and effective utilization of available resources.

Furthermore, H/she will play a pivotal role in introducing the project to various communities through well-organized consultation meetings and diverse engagement sessions. These efforts aim to mobilize and engage target communities, ensuring their active participation and support for the smooth implementation of project activities. Additionally, H/she will actively facilitate meetings among Govt./local stakeholders, fostering collaboration to identify specific needs within communities and implement need-based interventions for sustainable development.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 03 years of working experience especially in training/Youth and/or Adolescent Center management.

Previous working experience in camps will be preferred.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any discipline, preferably in Social Science. Advanced degrees will get preference. Minimum educational requirements are flexible for potential female candidates.
• Excellent skills in facilitation and coordination
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent in teamwork and networking
• Good computer (MS Office, Excel, and Internet) operating skills
• Familiar with the Chittagonian dialect
