CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL

Ce poste est basé dans les Bureaux du PAM à Ouagadougou, Ouahigouya, Kaya et Fada N’gourma et relève de l’unité Supply chain.

LE POSTE

Assurer la réception/l’envoi et la vérification des marchandises afin de maximiser la qualité des opérations d’entreposage et d’atténuer les pertes, et aider à appliquer les meilleures pratiques de gestion des stocks conformément aux normes et directives du PAM en vigueur en la matière.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):

1. Assurer avec efficacité la réception et l’envoi des marchandises, y compris leur transbordement (entre camions) et se référer aux documents officiels approuvés (lettres de transport, notes de livraison, etc.) de façon à garantir l’exactitude du comptage physique des marchandises, notamment en vérifiant que la qualité est conforme aux normes établies.

2. Établir, vérifier et valider les documents d’entreposage et de transport et gérer les fichiers confidentiels ainsi que les données sur les opérations d’entreposage, afin d’établir sans délai des rapports sur les mouvements des marchandises conformément aux exigences du PAM.

3. Effectuer quotidiennement, à la fermeture de l’entrepôt, les rapprochements et les vérifications de stock concourant aux systèmes de contrôle interne, conformément aux exigences en matière de gestion des entrepôts.

4. Effectuer les inspections quotidiennes et établir des rapports sur la quantité et la qualité des marchandises reçues/envoyées et manutentionnées, détecter rapidement les écarts de stock ou les dégâts occasionnés aux stocks et en analyser les raisons, enquêter sur les quantités manquantes et produire des rapports sur les pertes en entrepôt en recommandant des solutions adaptées, afin de permettre une prise de décisions en connaissance de cause.

5. Appliquer les mesures appropriées de protection des articles alimentaires et non alimentaires pour assurer le contrôle de la qualité en utilisant les mesures standard de prévention conformément aux procédures établies du PAM et après autorisation de la part du ou de la responsable hiérarchique.

6. Surveiller l’état de l’entrepôt et des marchandises et prendre les mesures appropriées, afin d’aider à planifier l’espace de stockage de manière efficiente et à stocker les marchandises avec méthode en respectant les normes établies par le PAM en la matière.

7. Donner des orientations et dispenser des formations en cours d’emploi aux membres du personnel de l’entrepôt pour les aider à se perfectionner et à être efficaces.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE:

Formation: Avoir obtenu le Baccalaureat. Un diplome dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable.

Expérience:

• Avoir au minimum 4 ans d’experience professionnelle

. Expérience de l’utilisation des bases de données et de la génération de rapports périodiques.

• Expérience de la gestion d’entrepôts contenant des articles alimentaires et non alimentaires.

• Expérience de la gestion des stocks.

• Expérience du traitement des factures.

Connaissances linguistiques: Maîtrise du Francais et bonne connaissance de l’anglais
