With reason acceptable to the Client, EOIs submitted by email to istem.taj@gmail.com or in hardcopy to the MOES/PAG office 13, Nisor Muhammad street, Dushanbe may be considered. The offline submission must still follow EOI format in CSRN. Consultants submitting EOIs outside CSRN are still required to be registered in CMS.
