PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Fornecer transporte de pessoal autorizado, incluindo tradução de conversas básicas de/para o idioma português ou local e/ou entrega de vários itens/mercadorias seguindo o encaminhamento autorizado e as regras e regulamentos de segurança e proteção da ONU para garantir serviços seguros e eficientes.

Responsável pela manutenção precisa dos diários de bordo do veículo, e relatórios diários ao supervisor sobre o estado mecânico, para garantir o uso eficiente do veículo e o consumo de combustível, apoiando uma contabilidade precisa e eficiência de custos.

Acolher o pessoal oficial e visitantes no aeroporto ou outros pontos de entrada e fornecer assistência básica com vistos e formalidades alfandegárias para facilitar a entrada e chegada tranquila e segura aos destinos autorizados.

Responsável por manter o veículo atribuído limpo e em boas condições, incluindo todos os equipamentos, a manutenção seja feita a tempo, o veículo esteja totalmente equipado com as autorizações de viagem e suprimentos necessários, e quaisquer problemas mecânicos sejam relatados ao supervisor para garantir serviços seguros e eficientes.

Seguir as regras e regulamentos estabelecidos para entregas em campo e/ou em casos de acidente, informar imediatamente o supervisor sobre quaisquer problemas aparentes, para buscar instruções e facilitar decisões informativas sobre o caminho a seguir.

Fora das funções de condução, executar tarefas básicas relacionadas com o escritório, tais como arquivamento, fotocópia e manutenção de estoques quando necessário, incluindo entrega/recolha de vários artigos, serviço de correspondência, pagamento de telefone do escritório e outras contas para garantir o apoio administrativo aos clientes.

QUALIFICAÇÕES E EXPERIÊNCIA EXIGIDAS:

Formação:

  • Conclusão do ensino secundário. Formação formal de condutores com uma carta de condução/certificação válida para operar o veículo atribuído de acordo com as regras e regulamentos locais.

Experiência:

  • Dois ou mais anos de experiência profissional como Motorista, preferencialmente numa organização internacional, embaixada ou sistema da ONU com um registo de condução segura demonstrado. É desejável experiência na condução de uma variedade de marcas e modelos de veículos, incluindo furgonetas, camiões e outros tipos de veículos motorizados.

Idiomas:

  • Fluência (nível em língua portuguesa. O conhecimento básico de francês e/ou inglês é uma maisvalia.
