Purpose

The procurement Coordinator, will be responsible for making timely and costeffective buying decisions that secure value for money for the organization. The role pprovides overall coordination for procurement transactional activities in compliance with Plan’s global policies mainly the Supply Chain Operational Manual, best practices, local regulations and business needs. In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to ensure timely support in line with the SCOM.

Scope

The role support for SAP/YODA Procurement functional queries and issue handling, working closely with the Supply Chain Systems and Standards Lead to provide workable solutions for users. The role will support the integration of current business processes for procurement with a specific focus on SAP.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Experienced in issue handling, management and resolution your interpersonal skills, active listening, analytical and negotiation skills, evaluative and problemsolving skills will be invaluable.
