How can you make a difference?

  • Gain good understanding and knowledge pertaining to HRPayroll and Offboarding related activities.
  • Take part in the data and analytics focus group meetings within the said function.
  • Contribute their learnings and develop solutions that help establishing proper measures and analytics – Under the supervision of the focus group members.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Current enrollment in a degree programme at the Bachelor or Masters level or recent graduate (within the last 2 yearin the areas of Human Resources, Business Administration with specialization in Data Analytics, or other related fields.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI or similar analytical software.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in challenging environment and in multicultural team of international professionals.
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work with tight deadline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, culturally and social sensitive.
  • Eligible applicants must be nationals of EU countries or be eligible to work in Hungary.
  • Individuals are personally responsible for obtaining any required visa or residence permit, covering the entire period of their internship.
  • The selected intern will be required to provide proof of enrolment in a health/accident plan prior taking up the assignment.

Contract Duration and Terms

This contract is for an initial 3month duration, fulltime (40 working hours/wee, a minimum of 3 days per week office attendance required, 2 days per week can be remote. Intern is expected to be in the office when needed for specific activities. The anticipated start date of this internship is November The intern must fund their travel and living expenses. This fulltime internship is paid with a stipend of net HUF 362,133 per month. Interns may take up to 5 paid leave days per month for any reason, including for medical reasons. The stipend will be reduced for any absence beyond this quota.
