LES LIVRABLES À LA FIN DU CONTRAT :
À la fin du stage, les stagiaires sont censés avoir atteint plusieurs livrables clés. Ceux-ci incluent la réalisation des projets assignés avec des résultats documentés, démontrant leur capacité à appliquer des compétences techniques à des problèmes réels.
Les stagiaires devraient avoir créé des rapports ou des présentations détaillés résumant leur travail, leurs conclusions et leurs contributions à l’équipe.
De plus, ils auront développé et démontré une meilleure maîtrise des outils et logiciels TIC pertinents, comme en témoignent des applications pratiques et des instances de résolution de problèmes.
Les stagiaires doivent également avoir participé à des sessions de rétroaction régulières, réfléchissant à leur progression et incorporant des suggestions dans leur travail.
Enfin, une évaluation finale permettra d’évaluer leur performance globale, leurs contributions à l’unité TIC et leur aptitude à occuper de futurs rôles au sein de l’Organisation.
