The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking one proactive and responsible Trainee from Administration, Finance, or related careers to be part of the Campus Shared Services team.

About the position: This position will be based in HQ-Lima, Peru and will report directly to the Campus Shared Services Officer.
Training activities:
• Support administrative activities
• Management of statistics, reports, BI
• Use of the OCS system (payments, requisitions, purchase orders)
• Logistics for national and international travel
• Requirements for local transportation, packages, and material shipment
Requirements
What are we looking for?
• Recently graduated from Administration, Finance or related studies.
• Proficient in statistical tools and Power BI
• Intermediate/Advanced level of English
