**Job Overview/Summary:**The RCA Data Specialist works with the RCA team on provision of services to assist newly arrived refugee clients to attain self-sufficiency short term cash assistance. Specifically, the RCA Data Specialist ensures services related to the timely entry of data entry.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure timely entry of RCA related data into the ETO and ClientTrack data bases

• Maintain an updated unanticipated arrival log

• Assist with Integra payment requests as needed

• Provide RCA program data to office management and funders as requested

• Report quarterly data as scheduled

• Monthly travel to Midland to provide services to clients residing in the Permian Basin region

• Ensure case files and reports are maintained in accordance with grant requirements.

• Other duties as requested

• Undergraduate degree required

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Bilingual ability in Spanish highly desired.

• Proven success achieving goals and working effectively with all levels of staff in a multicultural environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with current insurance, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the service delivery area

Compensation:

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
