CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL:
Estos puestos han de cubrirse en las oficinas en los países, los despachos regionales y la Sede. Los titulares de este puesto pueden, o bien desempeñar funciones de apoyo administrativo en la oficina central y rendir cuentas al Asistente de Apoyo Operativo, o bien prestar apoyo administrativo a uno o varios equipos y presentar informes al Jefe de Dependencia o al Jefe pertinentes, o a la persona designada a tal efecto. En los casos en que apoyan una esfera operativa específica, los titulares rinden cuentas al Jefe de Dependencia o al Jefe pertinentes, o bien a la persona designada a tal efecto.
En este nivel, el trabajo se lleva a cabo con supervisión mínima. Los titulares deben realizar un trabajo organizado y preciso, encargándose de actividades específicas de apoyo operativo. Cabe también la posibilidad de que proporcionen orientación sobre prácticas estándar a funcionarios menos experimentados en su esfera de actividad.
FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Este puesto se requiere para brindar el apoyo especializado y técnico en manejo de programas a la oficina de PMA Honduras, bajo la supervisión directa del Jefe de RAM.
A este nivel de puesto se espera que el incumbente demuestre responsabilidad e iniciativa para responder de forma independiente a varias consultas y que solo requiera una supervisión general. Además, se necesita poner en práctica su juicio en manejo de imprevistos y problemas así como entrenar a su personal de apoyo. La posición esta orientada a liderar los análisis de seguridad alimentaria de la oficina de País, y la coordinación con socios estratégicos para ampliar el conocimiento de la SAN en contextos urbanos y rurales.

Educacion:
Experience: Contar con cuatro años como mínimo de experiencia profesional con responsabilidades cada vez mayores en la esfera operativa correspondiente, y experiencia en tareas administrativas de carácter general.

Conocimiento de idiomas:
Dominio o conocimiento intermedio (nivel B) del idioma inglés.
