  • Complete secondary school or equivalent education.
  • Experience in negotiation and administration of contracts with servicing contractors normally acquired as a Senior Clerk after three to five years in the Agency or in a similar organisation.
  • Knowledge of NSPA logistics principles, supply techniques and procedures.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multi-functional organisation.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) publications and Quality Control (QC) methods and procedures.
  • Experience in logistics support activities related to aircraft systems and associated equipment.
  • Proficiency in administrative and business writing.
  • Experience in the use of both the Programme Integrated Logistics System (PILS) and the Agency’s enterprise software (SAP)..
