Under the supervision of the Scientific Officer, Applied Climate services Division the consultant will perform the following duties:

a) Propose visual design for online / e-learning training courses on agrometeorology;

b) Produce interactive e-learning courses on agrometeorology, in collaboration with WMO staff and subject matter specialists;

c) Create innovative and visually engaging graphs, infographics, and other graphics to present the training content;

d) Make the training courses available on the relevant WMO e-learning platforms, in collaboration with WMO education and training staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
A university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in instructional design, digital illustration, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning course development.
Other requirements
Proven experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle.
Languages
Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written). Knowledge of other official languages of WMO would be an advantage.

(Note: The official languages of the Organization are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.)
