JOB DETAIL

The Administrative Management Assistant position is located in the Executive Office (EXO), Office of the USAID Representative for Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu. The job holder reports directly to the Senior Administrative Management Advisor and is responsible for a variety of administrative and management support duties. S/he serves as the manager for the Administrative Support Unit of the Country Office and ensures the provision of excellent administrative support service. The job holder is also the liaison for USAID/Papua New Guinea and the Regional Mission in the Philippines, coordinating clearance and approval of documents and actions. The job holder’s work, management skills, and interpersonal relationships will be critical to the effective function of USAID/Papua New Guinea.
