These terms of reference have been prepared to outline the objectives and requirements for procuring the consulting services of a national consultant to undertake Project Mid-Term Evaluation for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme.

Location: Home based, with travel to project locations (one state per Geo-political zones in Nigeria – 6 states)

Starting Date: TBC

Expected Duration: 58 working days spread to 21st of February 2025

Administrative Arrangement: Consultant is responsible for all administrative arrangements.
