FHI 360 seeks qualified candidates for the position Behavior Change (BC) Lead for an upcoming, FCDO-funded education program in South Sudan. The duration of the project is five years, and the position will be based in Juba. Recruitment is contingent upon successful award of the project and the selection of the final applicant is subject to FCDO approval. The Behaviour Change Lead will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of contextually appropriate sectoral and whole of programme behaviour change activities. The BC Lead will assess existing behaviour change activities and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop a programme plan for behaviour change activities. The role holder will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will report directly to the Team Leader.
