UNICEF in Vientiane, Lao PDR is looking for an International Consultancy for Nutrition Information Systems, Monitoring and Reporting . The duration of this assignment is 3.5 months, starting as soon as possible. The consultant will be based in UNICEF Office in Vientiane.
Summary of key functions/accountabilities:
The Consultant shall support various streams of work on nutrition information systems, monitoring and reporting for the nutrition programme. This shall include the following:
I. Support the Ministry of Health (MoH) in enhancing national nutrition information systems by improving data collection and data quality, analysis and use of routine data (DHIS2) for decision making.
II. Facilitate collaboration between the NIS and NIPN teams, focusing on enhancing data analysis and use at national and subnational levels.
III. Perform additional tasks as agreed with the contract supervisor.

The maximum number of points shall be allotted to the lowest Financial Proposal that is opened /evaluated and compared among those technical qualified candidates who have attained a minimum 50 points score in the technical evaluation. Other Financial Proposals will receive points in inverse proportion to the lowest price
