As a Chief Field Office (CFO), and under the leadership of the Deputy Representative, Programme and guidance of the Chief, Local Governanceyou will play a key role in managing and leading the delivery of the UNICEF Country Programme in Manaus and surrounding area within Amazonas. Representing UNICEF in your Area of Responsibility (AoR), you will lead, and oversee the various program sectors and operational services, engaging with and mobilizing State and municipal governments to deliver public policies and investments for children and adolescents. UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station is required for IP positions and will be facilitated by UNICEF.
