Context

The Global Risks Forum (GRF) is a premier international platform dedicated to identifying, analyzing, and mitigating the most pressing global risks that threaten societies, economies, and the environment. As part of the Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI), GRF brings together experts, policymakers, industry leaders, and thought leaders worldwide to collaborate on sustainable solutions and strategic interventions. Through its ongoing media series, GRF disseminates critical insights and fosters global dialogue on climate change, public health, technological disruptions, and geopolitical tensions. Utilizing diverse digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, GRF effectively engages a broad audience, raising awareness and inspiring proactive actions toward resilience and sustainable development. By integrating multidisciplinary approaches and leveraging advanced technologies, GRF aims to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enhance global preparedness, and build a well-informed, proactive community capable of addressing and mitigating complex global challenges.

Task Description

1. Motion Graphics and Infographics Design Volunteers Needed: 10 Weekly Deliverables: Each volunteer designs and produces 1 motion graphic or infographic every 5 weeks (4-6 per month total). Design and Produce Motion Graphics and Infographics: Create 4-6 engaging motion graphics and infographics monthly to complement video content, simplifying complex global risk concepts. Ensure Branding Consistency: Adhere to GCRI’s branding and visual guidelines, maintaining consistency across all graphics and animations. 2. Animation Development Volunteers Needed: 10 Weekly Deliverables: Each volunteer develops 1 animation weekly. Develop Animations: Create animations that explain complex global risk concepts, ensuring timely completion to meet project deadlines. Integrate Visual and Audio Elements: Collaborate with Videographers/Editors and Content Creators/Scriptwriters to seamlessly integrate animations into video content. 3. Social Media and Digital Content Design Volunteers Needed: 10 Weekly Deliverables: Each volunteer designs and schedules 2 social media posts or digital content pieces per week. Design for Social Media: Create visually appealing graphics and animations tailored for various social media platforms to increase engagement and outreach. Digital Content Management: Ensure all digital content is optimized for web and social media, enhancing GRIx’s online presence and impact.
