Specific duties:

  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.

o Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

o Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

  • Screening Resumes and Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Participate in the valuation of the positions with C&B, HR administration and positions’ Leaders
  • Evaluate and recommend psychometric and other tests to support the selection process. Administer approved tests and assist line managers to interpret the results.

o Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

  • Supervise the logistics of face-to-face and / or remote interviews with HR and selection committee and participate in selection committees.
  • Elaborate and created a database for KPI’s related with LRS Mexico & RO / IRS recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • The selected candidate must have 3 or 5 years in various recruitment methods and platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • The selected candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and conversational, with an expected minimum CEFR level of B2 (evaluation required).
  • The selected candidate must exhibit the following competencies: Organization, Critical thinking, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Client Orientation, and Communication.
