Key Responsibilities

Tasks to be performed under this contract

Créer, restaurer, et/ou maintenir les moyens de communication et de relation chez des personnes en souffrance en ayant recours à une médiation artistique.

Répondre et s’adapter à une prescription ou indication émanant, d’un médecin, d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, voire à la demande du bénéficiaire lui-même ou de sa famille.

Créer les conditions d’un processus d’évolution, de changement, de développement, en établissant un dispositif clairement énoncé et repérable.

Le Consultant met en œuvre des techniques spécifiques à sa spécialité, s’appuyant sur l’histoire du sujet, la créativité, la communication non verbale, et l’analyse du vécu.

Repérer la nature de la souffrance psychique et/ou physique au moyen d’une évaluation personnalisée des difficultés. Appréhender l’expression symptomatique, les besoins, et les capacités de la ou des personnes concernées.

Mobiliser la pensée et développer le potentiel créatif.

Travailler tout au long du suivi en partenariat avec les différents acteurs du centre (médico-socioéducatif, psychologues,…) dans le strict respect du secret professionnel.

Évaluer et adapter la prise en charge à court, moyen et long terme.

Coordination avec les équipes concernées.

Les migrants vulnérables recherchant une séance de soutien ont reçu un soutien psychosocial à travers l`expression artistique.

Les moyens les plus adaptés aux migrants participants identifiés.

Le rapport du consultant incluant toutes les activités menées est approuvé et disponible.

Les rapports d`évaluations des migrants participants aux activités.

Required Qualifications

Education

Ecole des beaux-arts, psychologie, et/ou enseignement spécialisé.
Diplôme/Certificat d`éducateur ou équivalent désirable.

Experience

Une expérience préalable dans les activités sociales et de protection dans des domaines d’intervention connexes est un avantage.
Expérience dans la communication et le travail avec un large éventail de personnes, y compris des personnes d’origines culturelles diverses.

Languages

Maitrise du français et/ou de l”anglais, connaissance d”arabe est considéré comme avantage.
