For every child, the right to [insert tagline]
UNICEF Côte d”lvoire needs to place the issues facing continuously and strategically the most marginalized and excluded children in Côte d”lvoire in the international scene, the national dialogue and at the heart of the public and political agenda; to bring issues to the forefront to accelerate the realization of child rights for Côte d’lvoire’s most vulnerable children. Regarding the evolving upstream role of UNICEF in the Country Program (policy advocacy and dialogue, resources leveraging, etc.) and the enhanced role that public awareness and advocacy will have to play to support this, the program would ensure that the organization is positioned as a credible and trusted voice for children and is perceived as relevant to guide and influence the policy dialogue. UNICEF needs to continue to deliver persuasive messages through different channels, exploring key opportunities for activating our audiences around advocacy priorities, defining, and implementing public advocacy actions targeted at decision makers.
To support the activities of the UNICEF Côte d”Ivoire office, we are recruiting consultants to provide visual documentation in original digital format of a) UNICEF Côte d”Ivoire”s programmes (Communication, Childhood Development including Wash, Nutrition, Health, Protection, and Education); b) High Level visits; c) Official photos of key spokespeople and Staff in order to produce communication and advocacy materials to be used by UNICEF”s internal and external partners across various platforms.
