We are seeking an Islamic Giving Fundraising Manager (External Collaborator) to strategically enhance our fundraising and partnership development, specifically focusing on individual giving within the Islamic giving framework and strengthening local partnerships to further our child-focused mission.
To design, develop, and lead the Islamic Giving Fundraising (IGF) stream for donations from individuals in Indonesia through Infaq, Sadaqah and Zakat, including strategic planning, campaign development for Ramadhan 2026, donor acquisition and retention. The External Collaborator will help Save the Children embed best practices in Islamic giving, build systems, and ensure sustainability beyond the engagement period.

Concept Note of Campaign based on Islamic Giving Fundraising (IGF) approach for Save the Children Indonesia: A detailed strategic plan for an IGF campaign (e.g., Ramadan or Eid festivity campaign) aimed at acquiring new donors and fostering donor loyalty for Save the Children’s initiatives.
Fundraising Campaign Materials and SOP for Ramadan 2026 Campaign: Development of culturally sensitive and effective campaign materials through Infaq and Sadaqah approach and standard operating procedures for the 2026 Ramadan campaign. To produce :
Campaign analysis and future recommendation from Ramadhan 2026 performance: Analysis and recommendations derived from Ramadhan 2026 IGF campaign results to inform future program development and strategic alignment with Save the Children”s goals.
Reporting and dashboard for KPI monitoring: Establishment and maintenance of a clear reporting framework and dashboard for monitoring key performance indicators related to fundraising and partnerships.
Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in Islamic Giving Fundraising through Zakat, Infaq or Sadaqah and successful multi-channel campaigns, with a strong understanding of best practices of Islamic Giving in the non-profit sector.
Islamic Knowledge: A strong understanding of Islamic principles of philanthropy, including Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah, and the cultural nuances of engaging effectively with the Muslim community for fundraising.
Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse donors, stakeholders, and partners, always upholding Save the Children’s values.
Marketing and Digital Proficiency: Ability to develop and implement impactful digital and direct marketing activities, manage social media campaigns, and create engaging content across various platforms to reach and inspire donors.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple task, working effectively with varied team across department and ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns, adhering to Save the Children”s operational standards.
Analytical Skills: Experience in utilizing donor databases, performing data analysis, and preparing insightful reports on fundraising performance to inform strategy and demonstrate impact for children.
