In consideration of your qualifications, we hereby invite you to submit a proposal for this particular assignment. To help you understand the requirements of this assignment, we have attached the following document:

• The terms of reference for the mission described above;
• The standard letter of confirmation of interest and availability, which you must complete and submit to UNDP; and
• The individual contract and its general terms and conditions, which you will have to sign if you are the selected bidder in this procurement procedure.
