Request for Tender: PNG Biosecurity Infrastructure Project – PCR Suite Construction and Commissioning

On behalf of the Australian Government, the Economic and Social Infrastructure Program (ESIP) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Contractor(s) to construct a new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Suite at the National Agriculture Quarantine and Inspection Authority (NAQIA) headquarters in Kila Kila, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

This tender process is open to companies/contractors that meet the eligibility and capability requirements outlined in the tender documentation.

Queries and requests for clarifications about the RFT document can be emailed to [email protected] by no later than 2.00pm Port Moresby time on 28 November 2025. No responses will be provided within 48 hours of the deadline for submission.

The submission deadline is 2.00 pm (Port Moresby time) on 8 December 2025. DT Global will not accept late submissions.

The Economic and Social Infrastructure Program is an Australian Government program implemented by DT Global.
