Your Opportunity
Inner West Services supports adult men, women and young people who are at the risk of homelessness, focusing on sustaining tenancies and stabilizing housing.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both clients and staff in the effective delivery of program activities that align with Mission Australia’s values and outcomes.
Reporting to the People Leader, you’ll guide a team of passionate professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients through high-quality case management, strong leadership, and continuous improvement in service delivery. This role offers the opportunity to lead with purpose, using your experience and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and empowering environment for both clients and employees.
