Your opportunity

Lead a life-changing service for young people!

Triple Care Farm is a nationally recognised residential withdrawal and rehabilitation program helping young people aged 16–24 overcome alcohol and other drug challenges. We specialise in supporting clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues, welcoming referrals from across Australia. In addition to medical support and case management, our psychosocial support includes counselling, life skills development, and creative programs such as music, photography and personal training to build confidence, wellbeing, and social connection. We offer a flexible client focused approach, always seeking to innovate to meet the changing needs of the young people we support.

We are seeking a passionate and creative Program Manager to lead a large multi-disciplinary team of Coordinators, Nurses, Youth Workers, Case Managers and Counsellors. You will oversee the operational functions including budget management, rostering, intake processes, drive strategic improvements, and build strong community partnerships. This role combines leadership, compliance, and hands-on impact in a service that transforms lives.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a large multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, contractually compliant services.
  • Oversee program operations to achieve client outcomes, meet compliance standards, and align with funding requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing work practices, procedures, and contributing to service enhancement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met.
  • Manage program budgets, authorise expenditure, and provide accurate financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key community stakeholders.
  • Oversee recruitment, induction, and workforce planning to ensure effective team structure and resourcing

Requirements for success:

  • Relevant degree in healthcare related practices with experience, or associate diploma with substantial experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health issues, substance use treatment and working with youth.
  • Substantial experience in leading and managing teams in a complex service delivery setting.
  • Strong experience in budget and financial management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with funding requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Personal alignment with Mission Australia’s values and commitment to community and social outcomes.
  • A Current Driver’s Licence

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.

To ensure our employees feel valued, empowered, and celebrated, we provide a range of employee benefits including:

  • Rewarding work – every day you know you’re making a real difference
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging, reducing your tax (details via AccessPay)
