WE ARE
The Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is mandated with the execution of all
activities related to the accommodation of staff, the management of social infrastructure, and the
logistics of the Commission in Brussels, as well as the social infrastructure at the Ispra site.
The OIB.RE.3 unit “Energy, EMAS, and Logistics Support” within the OIB.RE Department “Property
Management” includes two sectors and consists of around 150 people.
The unit also comprises a parking cell that reports directly to the Head of Unit – the team OIB
Where2Park, which is responsible for handling requests related to parking within the buildings
managed by OIB and oversees the compliance of parking’s.
WE PROPOSE
OIB. RE.3 is looking for a logistics agent.
As a Contract Agent FG II, your main tasks will be to:
• Ensure compliance with parking layouts (including on-site visits to verify layout conformity).
• Master the regulations in force regarding parking within the Commission to take appropriate
measures when on-site infringements are observed.
• Manage the functional mailboxes used by the team (tracking tickets in the ServiceNow
application, analysing requests, identifying issues, providing rapid resolution and processing,
and ensuring feedback to requesters until processes are completed).
• Assist users in effectively using the parking space reservation system, providing guidance
on application use, reservation policies, and related topics.
• Collaborate with different services for the regulatory use of parking spaces.

He/She will be required to visit sites, have a good sense of direction and will have daily contact with
the Commission’s parking users.
