Assist in preparing and updating project overviews, implementation trackers, and programme calendars.
Support the compilation of background documents for meetings, workshops, and field visits.
Help maintain organized records of project documentation, including proposals, concept notes, budgets, and reports.
Draft initial versions of meeting minutes, activity briefs, and situation updates.
Support the collation and formatting of donor reports and internal updates under guidance.
Organize and maintain the shared drive with final versions of reports, press releases, and visibility materials.
Compile inputs for contextual and stakeholder analysis to support programme design or adaptive planning.
Support the draft of content for visibility materials (factsheets, infographics, social media posts) in coordination with the Public Information Unit.
Help prepare invitations, agendas, and materials for coordination meetings and workshops.
Assist the programme team with administrative processes.
Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor, particularly those contributing to programme development and delivery.
Education
A degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Project Management, International Development, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field. Candidates should have no more than two years of relevant professional experience following the completion of their studies.
Experience
Experience in related field is advantageous.

Fluency in English is required (Oral and Written)
