  • Master’s degree in engineering or logistics management or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ILS management at senior staff or management level preferably in an international organisation, a national public administration (civil or military), or the private sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in either military or commercial aircraft programmes, in aircraft ILS/ISS activities at senior staff or management level.
  • Sound knowledge of Life Cycle Management principles and understanding of Life Cycle Cost analysis
  • Experience of major acquisition project start up and initiation activities.
