The Role:
The Technical Specialist-Civic Engagement will be responsible for designing the innovative Civic Engagement model, develop and reviewing the technical tools. Mainly work for capacity building/strengthening, networking with Govt. and Civil society authorities and ultimately contribute to Results through developing the capacity of CSO and partner’s staffs. The position will ensure gender transformation in the Civic Engagement component.
What we’re looking for:
We need a self-motivated and energetic individual with Master’s Degree preferably in development studies, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in Civic Engagement with youth, especially young girls, women and left
behind populations.
Essential:
The position will represent Plan International Bangladesh in forums and networks at the national /divisional level.
