We invite competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following positions:

 

The Portfolio Specialist – Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (ECD & SRHR) will provide technical support in the assessment, design, planning, and implementation of the ECD and SRHR programs. S/he is responsible for coordinating the program initiatives, projects, and activities including the systems of quality control, monitoring; evaluation, and integration with other programs.

 

Further, as the Portfolio Specialist – Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (ECD & SRHR):

 

  • You will lead the periodic review of ECD and SRHR initiatives and projects.
  • You will develop and implement training manuals, guidance documents, and tools for mainstreaming ECD and SRHR in projects and programs.
  • You will collaborate with the Grants and Business Development unit and advise on the design and development of quality ECD and SRHR proposals.
  • You will participate in the regular project review, monitoring, and evaluation to improve ECD and SRHR program quality.
  • You will represent Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. and its program vision to relevant external stakeholders.
  • Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. is a development and humanitarian organization. In exceptional cases, you will be asked to support emergency response activities.

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

 

To be successful in the role you will need among other things:

 

  • Graduate with a relevant degree and 3-4 years relevant experience or demonstrated equivalent combination.
  • Preferably demonstrated knowledge and practice in Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights.
  • Ability to show sound analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to influence others’ behavior through effective relationship building.
  • Membership and affiliation within professional circles of Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights.
  • Has a proven track record in project management, managing remote locations, and managing community partners and volunteers.
  • Flexible, has a good command of both oral and written English, and good human relations.
  • This role may require fieldwork. Applicant must be open and able to conduct fieldwork in areas covered by Plan International Pilipinas.
  • Applicants must be based in the Philippines and a Filipino national.

Location: Makati City, with frequent fieldwork in the program areas
