Duties and Responsibilities

1. To design the overall layout of the UN Country Results Report (CRR) structure. Design should consider the fact that the length of the report (excluding the cover) should not exceed 25 pages. 2. To design the cover of the report (front/back and backsides, 4 pages). 3. To provide digital design and data visualization of the CRR for selection and approval prior to completion of the work. 4. The contractor will check the final design for possible typos before submission. 5. Maximum three rounds of revisions in considered within the scope of work.

Qualifications/special skills

Master of Graphic or relevant fields The Consultant is required to have 3 years of experience in the field of AD/Graphic Design. Previous experience in designing UN publications.

Languages

For this consultancy, good knowledge of English is required.

Additional Information

– Deliverable 1 Submit initial draft Design and developed layout of 2023 UN Iran CRR (14 days from the provision of raw narrative + photos UNIC Tehran (review time: 3 days upon receipt) – Deliverable 2 Submit second draft of the above-mentioned design and layout after incorporating the comments given (5 days from the receipt of feedback from UNIC Tehran and RCO (review time: 3 days upon receipt) – Deliverable 3 Submit a third draft of the above-mentioned design with additional feedback (5 days from the receipt of feedback from RCO RCO (To check with MFA, one-month period for review) – Deliverable 4 Additional round of edit to incorporate potential government feedback. (1 week from the conveyance of government feedback by RCO) – Deliverable 5 Final Report in printable high-quality PDF format and in web optimized PDF format (3 days after the final feedback by RCO)
