Job Overview:
The Senior Resettlement Administrative Specialist is responsible to provide administrative and client support services to the Resettlement team, refugees, and other qualified immigrants to supports the best possible resettlement experience and the achievement of client self-sufficiency. They carry out services with a strong emphasis on empowerment through a strengths-based approach that supports clients to thrive in their community. The Senior Resettlement Administrative Specialist is responsible for checking the client budget and making sure that the program is following the regulations. This position is also responsible for requesting funds (Direct Assistance) for the clients according to the instruction from the funder. This is a full-time non-exempt 37.5 hour per week position, reporting to the Resettlement Manager.

Education
Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
Work Experience:
Experience working with immigrants or refugees preferred.
