This position involvesoverseeingthe UX designprocess, fromresearch and insightstothedeliveryofwireframes, designs, and comprehensive user guides. Additionally, this role encompassesprovidingtechnicalsupportforourplatform, particularlyduringchallengeswhentheteam’scapacityisstretched.
