Purpose / Project Description:
Mercy Corps is currently working to migrate all active data for all country locations and HQ departments from Google Workplace into SharePoint online. This work will involve data gathering from users, data analysis, site architecture design, user training, etc.
Consultant Objectives:
The candidate for this consulting engagement will assist in all efforts around holding discovery sessions with dataset stakeholders to understand their needs in the new SharePoint architecture with security in mind. Assist with data mapping from current location in Google and identification of final location for move into SharePoint.

3-6 months. Consultant will be an active member of the M365 transition team participating in all data migration planning activities, meeting approximately three to five times a week through the duration of this engagement.
