Description of the Assignment: In the framework of the ” Building a resilient social protection system in Armenia ” Project, the aim is to support he second stage of the pilot implementation of the Digital Literacy programs by developing and providing curricular guidelines (based on the learnings from the first phase pilot and knowledge of global digital competency frameworks) for the implementing partner to develop their training program, developing a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan to assess the educational outcomes of the program, designing data collection tools, implementing data collection and analysis, and ultimately delivering a final comprehensive monitoring and evaluation report summarizing project performance, impact, and lessons learned.

The insights gained will provide valuable data and evidence-based recommendations to inform the development of future employment schemes aligned with the Employment Strategy, ensuring that they effectively address the evolving digital skills needs of the labor force and contribute to fostering a competitive and high-productivity job market in Armenia.

Period of assignment/services: April – December 2024 (80 workdays)
