The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate (GCS), Buildings and Logistics Department (BLD), Workplace Solutions Division (WS) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a (Senior) Project Manager – Fitout and Campus Integration *.
This is a full time temporary position at grade 5/6.
The term of this contract will be 4 years; as this is a temporary assignment, no extension or conversion of the contract is foreseen.
* Internally referred to as (Senior) Officer Facilities Management
Panel interviews are anticipated for early May.
The EIB Group is currently going through a significant capital investment project for the construction of its new building. In this role you will implement and manage the large-scale fitout projects for the new building and ensure proper integration within the EIB Group Campus building in line with the overall vision of the workplace policy and real estate strategy
The successful candidate will report to Head of Workplace Solutions Division. You will have regular contact with colleagues in other Directorates, notably with General Corporate Services Building and Logistics Communication, Group Digital Office, all Coordination divisions and the Corporate Security Division.
