The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable applicants for the positions below at the Institute’s headquarters in Ibadan.

Position:  Panel Beater

Duration: 6 months’ renewable                                            

Location: Ibadan

Closing Date: 28 March 2024

DUTIES:

•  Carry out repair on damaged tractors to their original condition.
• Assist in estimating cost of repairs of damaged vehicle or tractor.
• Attend to all vehicle and tractor repair and assist other workshop staff as required.
• Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisors.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:                        

O’level with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate must:

• Have knowledge of basic body shop procedures.
• Be experienced in welding, bodywork and panel beating.
