Position Title: Sr. Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, the Sr. Associate supports Winrock International’s organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Winrock’s FP&A team seeks to add a dynamic team member to contribute to the establishment of a robust system for financial planning to meet the needs of a growing organization. The Sr. Associate will work closely with the Director and other team members to develop, plan, and support project and institutional budgeting processes and associated management and analysis functions. The Sr. Associate will primarily work with direct project teams across throughout the budgeting process and will support these teams to understand the financial position of their projects. This role requires strong budgeting skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

This role is US based remote but will be required to work EST.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience related to donor-funded projects required.
Computer/Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office required,
Communication Skills: Excellent speaking and writing skills.
Language: English, foreign language a plus.
Required Travel: Occasional travel required.
Position-Specific Skills: Knowledge of federal project lifecycle, applicable regulations and cost principles, sound budgeting and analytical skills.
Physical Demands: Normal office environment
This position has a salary range between $58,000 – $65,000 with an additional 10% 403b annual contribution and additional excellent benefits package.
