Bilingual Senior Program Manager
The Impact You will Make:
Reporting to the Head, Award Management, the Bilingual Senior Program Manager (SPM) will provide overall award management leadership, consortium coordination and general strategic direction to the THRIVE project during a 4-year contract term until 2028. THRIVE is a large scale SRHR consortium that support the enjoyment of sexual and reproductive health (SRH)-related human rights by the most marginalized and vulnerable rights-holders, particularly women and adolescent girls, in Mali, Niger and Sierra Leone. The position of SPM will assure an integrated vision among different components and actors, countries for THRIVE project and ensuring program performance, achievement of program requirements and adherence to donor regulations. The SPM is expected to travel internationally, including of travel to fragile contexts.

WHAT WE OFFER
This position salary range between $84,357.50 – $98,934.03 depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
